The first submission deadline for patients diagnosed with colorectal cancer between 01.04.18 and 31.03.19 is THIS FRIDAY (17th January 2020).
Please have all patient and tumour records submitted by then. Records can be updated with treatment details until end of April.
Records that are not submitted by this date will not be able to undergo linkage to mortality and hospital administrative datasets, meaning that they will be excluded from many of the outcome measures in the 2020 annual report.
